Dại khờ

Người ta khổ vì thương không phải cách,
Yêu sai duyên, và mến chẳng nhằm người.
Có kho vàng nhưng tặng chẳng tuỳ nơi,
Người ta khổ vì xin không phải chỗ.

Đường êm quá, ai đi mà nhớ ngó!Đến khi hay, gai nhọn đã vào xương.
Vì thả lòng không kìm chế dây cương,
Người ta khổ vì lui không được nữa.

Những mắt cạn cũng cho rằng sâu chứa;
Những tim không mà tưởng tượng tràn đầy;
Muôn ngàn đời tìm cớ dõi sương mây,
Dấn thân mãi để kiếm trời dưới đất.

Người ta khổ vì cố chen ngõ chật,
Cửa đóng bưng nên càng quyết xông vào.
Rồi bị thương, người ta giữ gươm dao,
Không muốn chữa, không muốn lành thú độc.

Folly

People suffer because we resent.
We make the mistake of loving and choosing an unworthy person.
We have a precious gift, but we never give it to those who deserve it.
There are people who suffer for begging in the wrong place.

The road is so smooth, but we don’t seem to pay attention.
At the moment we notice, the spikes are already on the bone.
Because we fulfill the desires of our hearts unreservedly.
People are suffering because it is impossible to go back.

Shallow eyes also believe that they have been depth.
Empty hearts are considered full of abundance.
We’ve been following the mist and the clouds for thousands of years.
We risk our lives forever finding paradise on earth.

People suffer from being pushed into narrow alleys.
When the door shuts, we try to break into.
Afterward, we throw down our swords.
We don’t want to be cured and healed from toxins.
