Một mai xa nhau xin nhớ cho nhau nụ cười
Cho cuộc tình người hẹn hò nhau đến kiếp mai
Đừng hận nhau nữa lệ nào em khóc cho đầy
Tình đã mù theo sương khói, theo cơn gió lùa tả tơi

Một mai em đi ngày tháng bơ vơ giận hờn
Nhớ về tình người buồn như con nước đã vơi
Lời nào gian dối để người đã lỡ một giờ
Một đêm nào em đã lỡ buông tay ngậm ngùi xót xa

Cho nhau bao nhiêu yêu dấu trong cuộc đời này
Nên đôi tay không cầm như nước đổ lạnh lùng
Kiếp nào yêu người tình nào như dấu chim bay
Còn nhau giữa cơn mê này
Khiến hao gầy phủ hết xuân xanh

        Some days you’ll go away

When we are apart,
Always remember to smile when you think of me.
Our love will continue in the next life.

The day turned lonely and spiteful.
Our love became like a dry stream.
We were torn apart by your deceitful words.

But, you didn’t need my close embrace.
So, you gave me the cold shoulder.
Our love was fleeting like the footprints of a bird.
Your lies tore us apart, but you are still in my tormented dreams.

You took the dark and cloudy skies with you.
I feel only gratitude for you, my dear,
But, in the end, our love was only an illusion.
When we were together, we had some good times!
But, my agony grew deep as the years passed by.
We should not be ungrateful or regretful,
